How to Use a Sundial (Explainer Video)
In this video, I explain how to use a sundial. First, I give some background information on sundials and the different types you might encounter. Then, I go right into how to properly set up a sundial and how to read the time using the location of the shadow. I also explain the proper names of the parts of a sundial. I recorded the video using my phone and I edited the audio and video using Adobe Audition and Adobe Premiere.
Arizona Teacher Shortage (News Video)
For this video, I interviewed Ann Ordway and Caitlyn Faley. Ann Ordway is the Deer Valley Unified School District Governing Board Vice President. Caitlyn Faley is dual majoring in elementary education and special education. I asked them questions about the current Arizona teacher shortage. I wanted to get different perspectives, so I interviewed Ann Ordway, who has been on the DVUSD governing board since 2009 and Caitlyn Faley, who is becoming a teacher. I interviewed both of them on Zoom and I edited the clips on Adobe Premiere Pro. I also created the graphics on Canva.
